The Service Administrator position interacts with service customers, service advisors, parts and service vendors and all levels of store and corporate management.
Proactively greet customers, schedule and confirm service appointments and assist customers with their service issues and maintenance needs.
Collect customer cash, credit and check payments and close our repair orders.
Provide customers with an optimal experience, by providing a high level of customer service.
Thoroughly address the customers' issues and/or needs and guide the customers to the solution that best solves their service issues or maintenance needs.
Highly organized, polite and energetic professional with excellent communication skills.
Able to operate successfully in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Cashier or payment processing experience desired.
Experience working as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service or related field in an automotive service department is desired.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Automotive 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
