We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist with the following Qualifications:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Peform end to end payroll processes
Monitor approvals and prepare payments to employees
Maintain and document all payroll records
Reconcile payroll data and records in a timely manner
Record payroll transactions in the books of accounts
Prepare internal payroll reports
Resolve payroll issues and dispute
Respond to employees' inquiries on payroll issues and concerns
SKILLSETS
Experience in Timekeeping and Payroll system is a must
Experience in book-keeping is required
Candidate must be adept in Philippine Payroll compliance
Strong Knowledge in BIR, Philhealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG compliance and reportorial requirements
Prior experience in Payroll processing in IT and/or BPO companies preferrable
Expert in Microsoft Applications such Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills
High analytical skills
Must be an Accounting Graduate
a Min of 2 years of experience in Payroll Processing would be preferred
