Team and Role Introduction:
-The primary function of the Payout Specialist is to assist in all aspects of the administrative, financial and operations of the Fleet support group and vendor subcon payable portfolio based on company's policy & regulation.
-Implementing Reverse billing process, managing vendor/subcon billings and settlement monitoring.
- Clean up long outstanding vendor and maintain vendor payables portfolio of the company
-Coordinate and liase corrective action regarding discrepancies and oversee all balancing relevant to SC Payment. .
Responsibilities:
- Perform ontime data gathering from the system, processing the required information and submiting of payment file to Finance require for payment periodic cut off.
-Cross check data from various system and data points to ensure consistency on the baseline.
-Maintain accurate and systematic record of the current and historical billing & payment transactions.
-Coordinate with various touchpoints on the required data and approval
-Provide weekly RB to all FM/LHS/LM vendor subcons, check and validated billing documents and endorse to Finance Team
-Verify discrepancies and resolve client's billing issues
-Support in Revolving Fund process: documentation of Reimbursements and transmittals.
-Coordinate with Subcon Team and contracts team for vendor master data maintenance.
-Work closely across functions in resolving issues and be able to chase them for closure of issues.
-Vendor weekly Reverse Billing details, Billing Tracker TemplateVendor subcon Masterfile. Analyze weekly trips data, prepare RB based on correct and updated rate matrix provided by Contracts team. Oversee due billings and be able to coordinate to Finance team for settlement validation and status follow up
- Ability to prioritize and manage remote areas, conflicting demands, changing priorities and heavy workloads.
-Ability to deal with issues raised to the team regarding billing & payment discrepancies and deadlines . % of aging payables . % timely payment of billings. % unbilled & unpaid Invoices.
Job Requirements
. Bachelor's Degree in any business course, finance & accounting and/or equivalent
. At least 2 years experience in accounts payables.
. Job experience in logistics company is an advantage
. Good in oral and written communication skills.
. Can handle internal and external communication with courtesy and professionalism.
. Highly organized and detail-oriented.

. Computer literacy in spreadsheet and word processing applications (i.e. Microsoft Excel) Advance in MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
