Senior HR Automation Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking an Automation Senior Business Analyst responsible for designing an automated and technological solution needed to achieve HC's strategic goals and address the business challenges. The primary responsibility is reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. This role will be reporting to the Director for Robotics and Automation of Human Capital Shared Services and will work closely with the Delivery Teams within Human Capital in identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and initiate continuous process improvements that will drive operational efficiency and enhance candidate and employee experience. The focus of this position is to work with minimal supervision alongside the business units or stakeholders and IT subject matter experts to capture, validate, and document business and technical requirements and ensure efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
Responsibilities
Lead or manage HR automation projects
Meet with the project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
Ensure business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations are gathered
Overseeing the completion and update of project documentation, managing project scope and adjusting schedules when necessary
Drive end-to-end business and technical solutions by coordinating various phases of development cycles
Confirming delivered solutions meet the needs of the business and their expected measurements of success
Management of business and stakeholder relationship
Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or provide timely reporting of issues that may impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
Develop and execute test plans
Collaborate closely with the developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA or UAT process
Drive Innovation culture
Identifying and initiating automation projects across HC verticals
Articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others
Identify, design, create and facilitate process changes and automation solutions by conducting business and systems process analysis
Provide leadership to team members and peers
Holding self and team accountable for results
Determining daily priorities
Identify and facilitate the mitigation of risks and issues throughout the project deployment phase
Following proper escalation paths
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years at the managerial level with experience in people management
Strong background or demonstrated experience in implementing automation within the shared services environment such as process orchestration, robotics, artificial intelligence (chatbot), intelligent and hyper-automation, and, etc.
5+ years experience in writing business and technical requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
Strong track record in change management and project management
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build a strong partnership with internal and external clients
Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a solid analytic and problem-solving skills base
Strong time management and ability to meet time constraints
Preferably have HC shared services network including but not limited to vendor partners, industry leaders, and technology providers
Strong knowledge of the following Microsoft Office applications: Word, Visio, Project and Excel
Preferably with strong knowledge or with experience in leading technology HRMS and CRM tools (Oracle Cloud, KRONOS, Taleo, Service Now, etc.)
