HR MANAGER
 
Job Scope:
 
Recruitment and Selection:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talents
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring Managers to assess candidates
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Compliance and Records Management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate employee records, including 201 files and documentation
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company procedures
 
Employee Benefits and Compensation Administration
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life and accident insurance, retirement plan and leave policies.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation
• Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments based on Company Salary Structure as needed
 
Employee Performance Management and Appraisal
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and Managers
• Identify training and development needs based on performance assessments Training and Development
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary General Affairs
• Address employee concerns and ensure a safe and conducive work environment
• Collaborate with other Managers to address HR-related issues and improve efficiency
• Promote teamwork and good camaraderie thru employee engagement programs
 
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR management roles on a managerial capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements
Adequate experience in payroll and compensation administration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
