SENIOR ANALYST, PURCHASE TO PAY (NIGHT SHIFT) is responsible for tasks pertaining to business operations and performs accounting procedures related to the function.
 
Other tasks include:
Processes manual and urgent payment requests
Liaises with vendors on payment methods to ensure optimal processes
Supports monthly PO and non-PO audits
Qualifications:
 
Must-have...
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other Business related courses
Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes
3-5 years of working experience in related field
Proficient on Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules
Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio)
Knowledge in web-based tools
Basic knowledge on accounting systems (SAP)
Nice to have...
Relevant working experience
Business knowledge: (Mercedes-Benz/SSC/Automotive experience)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
