SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST/SALES ADMIN
 
Qualifications:
At least two (2) to five (5) years' experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related field within the technology sector
Demonstrated success in identifying business issues/opportunities for improvements through gap analysis and successfully designing and implement solutions
Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
Understanding of partner registration process, Master Ordering Agreement (MOA), Master Subscription Service Agreement (MSSA) and other legal documents preferred
Experience with Salesforce CRM, workflows, processes preferred
Experience supporting partner/reseller transactions (i.e., indirect transactions) preferred
Experience supporting the sales planning cycle preferred
Strong reporting skills preferred
Extremely strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Ability to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
