Channel Sales Rep - HBT

We are currently seeking a Channel Sales Representative to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in our Kuala Lumpur office. Reporting to the Sr Sales Manager. Your focus will be implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales activities. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership and Distributors. Other tasks will include;
1) Review status of projects and budgets.
2) Coordinate schedules and prepare status reports.
3) Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
4) Develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers
5) Work closely with marketing to create and implement customer programs
6) Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon Channel Sales solutions
Implement your creative ideas while solving complex problems for the customer
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
Valid Drivers' License
WE VALUE:
· A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in (Channel Sales)
· Domain experience in Security Solutions and Building Products.
· Able to travel about 70%.
· Excellent team and communication skills
· An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
· An ability to influence at the operational level
