About the Job:We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Audit Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will lead audit services, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while analyzing complex financial issues and providing actionable insights. You will mentor junior associates, review their work, and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and quality. Working closely with clients, you will build strong professional relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business context, while leveraging firm methodologies, digital tools, and innovative approaches to deliver value. This position offers an opportunity to strengthen technical expertise, grow as a leader, and contribute to the success of diverse client engagements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA is a big plus.
4+ years of professional audit experience.
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
High commitment to professional ethics, quality, and independence standards.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
