The Role
Responsible for coordinating logistics/technical setup for all team meetings/event bookings/equipment, etc.
Help prioritize skills, tasks and tracking of important data of clients, EAA's, education, mandatory to-do's
Work independently and prioritize workload to ensure smooth running of team responsibilities with little direction from GA Manager
Collaborate closely and proactively work with EAA's on upcoming tasks and education
Meet weekly on projection of organization/team upcoming prep needed
Assist with drafting written communications
Handle tracking of requests for entire team
Build trusting relationships with peers and other global offices to effectively manage the NA/CA team with cohesive understanding of global office dynamics as well
Who You Are
- fluent in Japanese language
- at least 1 year experience
- College Graduate
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Concur and any other technical skills
