HR SUPERVISOR- ADMINISTRATION
 
Location: Mandaue City, Cebu
 
Salary Range: 23,000 - 25,000

Rest Day Schedule: Saturday and Sunday
Time of Work: Monday to Thursday (8:00AM-6:00PM); Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
 
The HR Supervisor - Administration will oversee key HR administrative functions with a strong focus on ensuring smooth operations within the HR department. This position will manage HR helpdesk ticketing, monitor the company uniform inventory, handle purchase requests for HR-related transactions, and coordinate company van transportation bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal processes.
 
HR Helpdesk Ticketing (SLA Management):
Oversee the HR Helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and issues related to HR services (e.g., payroll, benefits, leave management).
Track, prioritize, and assign incoming tickets to the relevant HR team members for timely resolution.
Monitor ticket progress to ensure that SLA timelines for response and resolution are met.
Generate periodic reports on ticket trends, resolution times, and SLA compliance for HR management review.
Company Uniform Monitoring and Inventory Management:
Manage the inventory of company uniforms, ensuring adequate stock levels for employees.
Coordinate the distribution of uniforms to new hires and replacements for existing staff.
Maintain records of uniform allocation and returns, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies to HR management.
Purchase Requests for HR-Related Transactions:
Oversee and process purchase requests on HR-related expenses.  
Liaise with finance and procurement teams to track approvals, delivery schedules, and invoices.
Maintain a record of all HR-related purchases and budget expenditures.
Management of Company Van Transportation:
Coordinate employee transportation through the company van, including booking and scheduling rides for official purposes.
Maintain an updated transportation calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure availability.
Ensure that the van is properly maintained and that the driver follows company policies and safety protocols.
Monitor and report the utilization of company transportation to optimize cost and efficiency.
Communicate with employees regarding transportation schedules and address any transportation-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on HR support services.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR-related software.
Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
