Responsibilities
Plan and execute all search engine marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing, Amazon, and eBay.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Measure and report performance of all search engine marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, providing image direction for ad creatives, and optimize the user experience.
Post-campaign reports & data analysis
Facebook Ads creation, management and reporting

LOCATION: Work From home during the pandemic but will be working on site once vaccination is rolled over. However, can be 100% remote also for the right candidate!
WORKING HOURS: 9am to 6pm AU time, (6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm Manila, Monday to Friday)

Requirements
BS degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 2 years experience in digital ads strategy and implementation
Experience and knowledge with Google Ads Manager, and other Search Engine Marketing Platforms
Extensive Experience in ad tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Extensive Experience in setting up and optimizing Search Engine Marketing Campaigns
Passionate about learning about the e-commerce industry.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
