The Credit Asset Movement - Securities Operations Service Specialist 2 will perform the final checks and control functions in approving or rejecting service requests received in Smart Station related to asset movements such as Journal Transfers, Wire Transfers, Check Disbursements, ACH and any other asset movement not covered by Service Requests). The team also receive and make calls to and from Wells Fargo Advisors and Client Associates for clarifications on other activity related to their accounts and status of their service requests.
The Securities Operations Service Specialist 2 (SOSS2) position is within the Credit Asset Movement of Wells Fargo Advisors. We are looking for dynamic, detail oriented and proactive group of individuals who can perform variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions and processes that require general knowledge. Credit Asset Movement performs the final checks and control functions in approving or rejecting service requests received in Smart Station related to asset movements such as Journal Transfers, Wire Transfers, Check Disbursements, ACH and any other asset movement not covered by Service Requests). The team also receive and make calls to and from Wells Fargo Advisors (FA) and Client Associates (CA) for clarifications on other activity related to their accounts and status of their service requests.
Market Skills and Certifications
At least 2 years of tertiary education
At least 2 years of experience in customer service for financial services
Experience in wealth and investment management, trading, or brokerage is an advantage
Experience in a business to business campaign can be an advantage
