The Securities Ops Service Spec for Estate Support provides phone support to digital client beneficiaries, executors, attorneys, and client contact center with inquiries on paperwork requirements for deceased client accounts; performs manual updates to account information when initial report of death is received; sends document needed emails to clients with forms attached.
The Estate Processing team reviews/approves deceased paperwork for IRA and non-IRA accounts. They perform asset movement to the receiving accounts or to the beneficiary as instructed. Document Needed letters/emails are generated to beneficiaries as needed to process the transfer of assets. Processing is for Wells Trade/Solutions accounts only.
Market Skills and Certifications
At least 2 years of tertiary education
At least 3 years of experience in customer service for a financial campaign
Background in securities or brokerage operations is preferred
Experience in escalations or customer service of sensitive nature
