The Securities Ops Service Specialist (SOSS) performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems. Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints; reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents; revising departmental procedures; Coordinates situations that involve other departments; Has moderate customer contact; Works under moderate to minimal supervision. Specifically, the SOSS will support Mutual Fund Direct Transfer team reviews and processes any transfer request, incoming or outgoing, between the Mutual Fund Company and WFCS .
Market Skills and Certifications
At least 2 years of education
At least 3 years of customer service experience (voice process) in a financial campaign
Experience in a brokerage or trading services
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
