A company in the construction and building industry is looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative. This role is responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to help expand the company's market presence.Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell construction-related products and services to new and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through networking, site visits, and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
Customer-oriented, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
College graduate preferred, but open to candidates with strong relevant experience.
