Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Relations and Order Management Support representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will also be responsible for handling and managing orders and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities to enhance our products and services. Most Importantly, you will need to maintain a positive and lasting professional relationship with our clients.
 
Responsibilities:
Send Quotations, respond to customer inquiries
Ensure Smooth Sales Process
Monitor and coordinate pending orders, deliveries, invoicing
Collection of payments
Must be willing to do site visits and field work
Assist and attend in meetings and conference calls with customers
Must work with both customers and internal teams with  humility, flexibility, and solution-based attitude.
Qualifications and skills:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience in Furniture industry will be an advantage
Knows how to use and read measuring tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
 
Office Location: San Juan City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
