Responsibilities:
Phone consultations with prospective local and OFW borrowers to assist with their housing loan needs. Use Nook's technology to help them find and apply for the best loan for them.
Clearly explaining to a prospect the benefits of using Nook when applying for a housing loan rather than a direct-to-bank application (DBA).
Call new users to our website and welcome them to Nook and get them to apply for their housing loan through us.
We accept candidates without Mortgage Brokering experience as long as the role is relevant to Customer Service, Client Management, and other Administrative roles. Mortgage Brokering experience from other countries like Australia, United States or UK is an advantage but not required.
About Nook:
Nook is the Philippines' first and only digital mortgage brokering firm. It has partnered with top banks in the country to provide an easier way for people to secure a housing loan. Mortgage brokering is a multi-billion dollar industry around the world and Nook has brought this service to the Philippines.
About the Role:
The position is primarily in-bound sales and is responsible for selling on borrowers in using Nook to get their housing loan approved from one of our major banking partners. This is done by assisting prospects via scheduled calls as well as calling new users to our website platform and welcoming them to our company. The objective is to get the prospect to apply for their loan through Nook which and hand off the prospect to our Nook Home Loan Consultant to complete the application process. Everything is coursed through our online platform and different applications integrated in every step which is another first in the Philippines.
Desire Skills and Experience:
Minimum two (2) years in a sales position.
Proven ability to hit quotas.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly organised. Never lets tasks 'slip through the cracks' and be forgotten.
Ability to achieve acceptable sales conversion metrics.
Ability to raise the bar on work ethic, hitting set KPIs and working in a dynamic role.
