Ameridea Global is looking for commission-based reps. Apply now and get up to 40% sales commission. Candidate should be highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven with strong English communication skills. The role includes qualifying leads provided by the company, answering prospects’ questions, and converting author prospects into author clients.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
 
The work environment at Ameridea Global is fast-paced and focused, but supportive. We are growing our sales team to call the US market. The new commission-based Book Marketing Executive will be asked to:
Qualify leads via email and phone.
Follow-up with author leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle. Provide phone and email support to answer their questions and address their concerns.
Build relationships with potential authors to get a better understanding of their needs and publishing goals in order to propose the best solutions.
Send out proposals and contracts with the help of a senior rep.
Communicate to prospective client authors the benefits of working with the company over other self-publishing service providers and platforms.
Create a smooth transition for new client authors from their sales experience through the fulfillment of their services.
Collaborate with the author services team about opportunities to create new services.
Communicate with the marketing team about the effectiveness of our sales and marketing assets, and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
 
The ideal candidate for the Book Marketing Executive has:
Strong English communication skills in both oral and written.
The ability to listen carefully and discern a prospect author’s needs.
Integrity and the ability to build a strong foundation of trust with prospective authors.
The ability to think on their feet and act instinctively and creatively in working to meet the needs of prospective authors.
The confidence and adaptability to speak to a wide variety of prospects—from high-level executives who have published multiple books to first-time authors with lots of questions.
Tenacity and drive to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
The ability to learn new concepts, processes, and technologies quickly and thoroughly.
A positive mindset with a commitment to consistent professional growth and improvement.
Skills and Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Experience with HubSpot is a plus
Publishing experience preferred but not necessary
At least 2 years in College
1 or more years of sales experience
