WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Sales Representative you will:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries and assist in providing them with additional information that may include offering additional services, upgrading current product and/or service and reinstating customer accounts.
Create awareness for effectively communicating client offers and incentives through professional phone and email channels as required.
Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
Achieve set targets (sales and telemarketing metrics) and other performance indicators (accuracy, efficiency) consistently.
Monitor and ensure completion of account requirements.
Champion company core values and other company programs
Other duties as assigned
Education
Philippines - Minimum of 2 years post-secondary or equivalent is required
Experience
Previous experience in a Sales role is preferred but not required
Certificates/Licenses
There are no personal certification or licensing requirements for this job.
