Handle customer communication via phone, email, and SMS in a polite, clear, and professional manner
Manage and coordinate scheduling of appointments and services
Assist with sales tracking, follow-ups, and lead management
Enter customer and job data into Google Sheets and CRM (Housecall Pro)
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all administrative duties
Required Qualifications
Fluent English speaker with a clean, neutral accent - able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based clients
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing calendars, schedules, and basic data entry
Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM platforms
Able to work full-time U.S. hours (Eastern Time)
Reliable internet connection and power source (urban location preferred)
