Description
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Provide back office support for technical queries and assist customers with product-related issues.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience Level: 0-2 years
Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language
Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and communication skills
Skills and Competencies: Ability to work as part of a team
Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills for troubleshooting
Skills and Competencies: Experience in call center operations is a plus
