We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/ Technical Support Representative to join our growing team in Cebu IT Park. The successful candidate will provide assistance to customers experiencing technical issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while building their technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
College Graduates (Any program/degree) NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!
Or Senior High School (SHS) must have at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
Or College Undergraduates must have at least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience
Good English Communications Skills
Has the ability to converse well with customers
Preferably with basic understanding of computers, webmail, and other basic trouble shooting
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Amenable working onsite/in the office
Amenable working in graveyard shift/shifting schedule

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to client's products/subscription.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
