Qualifications:
At least 1 year of solid experience in outbound sales or cold calling. english fluency
Exceptional verbal and written english communication skills with a neutral accent. sales acumen
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone. resilience: a thick skin and a positive attitude-you view "no" as a stepping stone to the next "yes." tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM software
Responsibilities:
High-volume outbound calling
Perform a minimum of 100 outbound dials per day to prospective leads
Lead conversion: consistently achieve a target of at least 5 sales conversions per day. pipeline management: identify and qualify prospects, effectively moving them through the sales funnel.
Persuasive communication: clearly articulate our value proposition and handle objections with confidence and professionalism. CRM management: accurately log call results and update lead information to ensure organized follow-ups.
