Job Description:
Attends customer inquiries, complaints and give customers information about products and services, takes orders, answers queries.
Provides timely and accurate information to customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure date integrity in our customer database.
Job Qualifications:
At least one year experience in a related field
Skilled in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Highly self-motivated, honest and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing pressure effectively
