A sales closer finalizes a sales deal with a client. Your duties are to find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Closing sales
1 year of experience in outbound sales (nice to have a healthcare background)
Provide various medical plans for our clients, their families, and their assets.
Upsell additional products as the need arise.
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
Discussing terms and consulting with potential customers
Work closely with other salespeople/managers to address short and long-term sales goals and strategies
Develop sales scripts and oversee the training of junior salespeople
At least 1 year of experience in sales
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Marketing, or similar relevant field.
Has exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills
Must be fluent in English
Proactive and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
4GB RAM
Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
Headset for video calls
