Job Description
Report directly to Strategic Program Manager/Sales Manager.
Supervise Sales Executive, Technical Sales/Engineer and Customer Service Representative.
Supervise Sales & Customer Service Department in the day to day activities.
Assist Program Manager in all Aspect of Business Development, Customer Service function, Sales & Marketing
Provide and guide Sales Team for business development covering Lead, Opportunity and Sales conversion
Prepare quotation, review quotation and approve pricing per customer Request For Quote (RFQ).
Expand the Products, Services and client data base to further increase or improve Sales Department Revenue.
Implement short term and long term plan for Sales & Customer Service Objectives.
Coordinate with concern department customer requirements from design, materials, process and schedules.
Review and monitor Quotation, Sales WIP, Commitments, Quality, Cost and Deliveries.
Provide on time reports or update as requested by immediate superior.
Summarizes Customer Survey and review with the Team areas of improvements needed.
Review, monitor and approves SL, VL and overtime schedules of Sales & Customer Service Department.
Perform other task/s as assign by immediate superior.
Job Qualification
Experience: Customer Service: 7 years (Preferred)
