RESTAURANT MANAGER
Reports to: Department Manager, RGM
Position Purpose:
"The Restaurant/Shift Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on their shifts. This role is responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned departments meet their goals."
 
Performance Accountabilities
 
Food Safety
Completes and verifies Food Safety Daily Checklist (FSDC)
Monitors food safety procedures during the shift
Internal Communication
Communicates with previous and subsequent Shift Manager and identify sales trends and opportunities
Communicates shift targets and goals to all team members
Monitors and communicates progress toward targets throughout the shift and energize the team to meet them
Communicates results and opportunities to the next Manager
Embraces application of the Open Door Policy
Reads messages from the back office and/or Manager's communication log
Inventory Management
Maintains stock levels
Receives products by checking order accuracy, quality, and condition
Tracks and counts raw and completed waste on each shift
Planned and Daily Maintenance & Cleanliness
Identifies and responds to equipment and physical plant failure or unplanned activities
Verifies completion of or follow-up on cleaning tasks
Verifies completion of or follow-up on planned maintenance tasks
Ensures proper maintenance of all areas in the restaurant (i.e. Kitchen, Play Place, etc.); building, plant and equipment during shift
Production
Monitors and trains Crews to correct production procedures
Monitors UHC levels
Oversees correct holding times
Monitors finished product quality
Service and Production Assembly
Computes for and posts 24/2 build-to's for all items, production charts (UHC charts and/or bin level charts)
Ensures proper training and execution of all production procedures
Coordinates with Training Manager on the training of crew
You will be assigned to the McDonald's branch at Island Central Mactan, located in the MEPZ Ecozone, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
