We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. Guided by the Restaurant Management team, the Supervisor will oversee daily operations by coordinating, planning, and actively participating in all restaurant activities.
 
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest service.
Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Monitor food and beverage service standards, maintaining quality and consistency.
Manage inventory, cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive team environment through motivation, coaching, and leadership.
Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and achieve business goals.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team toward excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong guest and team relationships.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
