Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Consultant to help drive sales growth in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong markets. We are searching for people who demonstrate a passion for education and technology, are collaborative and entrepreneurial in spirit, and can contribute to our continuing success and growth.
This role will focus on developing our business and selling Turnitin products to educational institutions in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. The role will involve managing current relationships and contract renewals with our 500+ user accounts. A strong performer in this role becomes a valued advisor and expert consultant to clients. The Relationship Specialist assures high retention of these customers by consistently providing a superior brand of service.
Job Responsibilities:
Create a stellar experience with Turnitin by proactively working with existing accounts to improve the adoption and usage of Turnitin products.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across all internal teams and across multiple territories.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer contacts in scheduled health checks
Conduct needs assessment and license usage analysis for renewals in order to promote products and services which improve and expand the customer experience
Document account needs and feedback, and share with sales leadership. Assist in campaign planning as required.
Ensure that accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts are provided to the manager and that sales data is kept up to date in CRM
Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of Turnitin-specific systems (Salesforce, TRUE reports, Zoom, etc.).
Demonstrate initiative to improve understanding of educational trends and legislation across multiple territories. Market research; identifying targets, collating data, and qualifying leads.
Carry out online and onsite demos/training as required
Attend events in the country as required
Qualifications
Higher Education Qualification
Previous experience in Account Management/Relationship Management
Strong negotiator
The ability to identify areas we can upsell and extend current agreements
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce
Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
Great planning and organisational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Proven ability to work effectively with a team
