Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Medical Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers through visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and prescription.
Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events as needed.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, call plans, and market feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any related field.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field is an advantage but not required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Amenable to travel within the assigned territory.
