Working under the guidance of the Process Innovation & Automation Lead, the Manager collaborates with process owners, operations teams, and IT to drive automation projects, promote user adoption, and build automation capabilities across the organization.Success in this position requires market knowledge and experience, excellent analytical capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations and implement them.As a Process Innovation & Automation Manager, you will:
Automation Opportunity Identification & Assessment
Analyze business processes to identify automation potential and assess feasibility in collaboration with process owners and operations.
Work closely with Service Delivery Directors and their teams to identify autmoation opportunities with the highest potential.
Delivery & Project Coordination
Manage implementations with business operations.
Play the role of the first to go person during the implementations of autmoation projects.
Help in execution of automation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Work closely with IT, developers, and business teams to translate functional requirements into automation solutions and ensure smooth implementation.
Upskilling & User Enablement
Support training and awareness initiatives to build automation capabilities among end users, including citizen development and Gen AI literacy.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Track and report on automation outcomes, including efficiency gains and user feedback.
Contribute to solution refinement and scaling.
Requirements:Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and familiarity with Generative AI applications in business processesSkilled in process mapping (e.g., Visio), low-code/no-code platforms, and identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency * High standard of university degreeData-driven mindset with KPI tracking experience; strong communicator able to translate between technical and business stakeholder5-6 years in process improvement, automation, or shared services operations, with a track record of high-quality execution and delivery across multiple initiativesExperienced in engaging with director-level stakeholders, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating parallel initiatives with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detailAre you ready to join us?
