PROCESS ENGINEER
Qualifications:
Proven experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognized continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with tools for process documentation and modeling (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Aris, or equivalent BPM software).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify process gaps and measure improvements.
Experience designing and conducting internal process audits, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting; familiarity with statistical analysis software is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and present complex analysis to diverse audiences.
