SENIOR QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER
 
Requirements
 
Must-have:
Strong experience in QA Automation
Proficient in JavaScript
Hands-on experience with QA automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, API testing, and performance testing
Ability to use AI tools in daily QA tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
·Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts
Willingness to perform both automated and manual QA tasks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have / Plus:
Experience as a QA Team Leader or in a senior/lead QA role
Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and prepare reports (for future leadership role)
Knowledge of Python
Exposure to task estimation, sprint planning, and QA coordination.
Note: The successful candidate is expected to grow into a QA Team Leader role in the future, subject to performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain automated QA scripts
Perform manual QA testing when required
Understand all projects covered by the QA team
Ensure scheduled scripts, tasks, and automated jobs are executed and properly verified
Review QA scripts and code for quality and best practices
Handle QA-related tasks, concerns, and coordination with business or development teams
Provide task estimates and support QA planning activities
Support team coordination and mentoring as part of future leadership development
