PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Summary
The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. The role involves studying machine operations, evaluating work methods, identifying process issues, and implementing improvements to support manufacturing operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production processes, machine operation times, and workflow efficiency.
Conduct time studies and evaluate work methods for each process.
Identify bottlenecks and problematic processes in production.
Propose and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Support development and improvement projects within the production line.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues.
Prepare reports and documentation related to process analysis and improvement activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering course.
Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in manufacturing are welcome to apply.
Knowledge in data analysis, process improvement, and production systems is an advantage.
Background in Information Technology or Computer Science with strong analytical skills may also be considered.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
