Good day! Sundust Bros Corporation is hiring POLICY SERVICE STAFF/ CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF - Makati
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Must have at least 6 months experience in call center or customer service.
- Proficiency in Oral Communication
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Life insurance experience is an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Conducts Welcome Call to new clients and get their Policy Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR).
2. Does other outbound calls that may be assigned: Premium Reminder to Clients.
3. Coordinates with IT and sends sms for announcement or reminder blasting.
4. Assists the other PCSD staff for Variable Life Insurance transactions processing.
5. Properly maintains policy documents for imaging and filing.
6. Prepares the Weekly/Monthly WC Reports and Updates: Banca & WFMA
