What you'll focus on
Provide first-line support to employees for HR-related inquiries and issues.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
Administer payroll and manage compensation and benefits programs (including statutory contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and 13th Month Pay).
Assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate employee records using the Personio HRIS system.
Manage office administrative tasks and coordinate official travel arrangements.
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Support the development and implementation of training programs for employee growth and development.
What you bring
At least 1 year of experience supporting People Operations or Human Resources.
Some experience working with a company transitioning from startup to scale-up is an advantage.
Familiarity with the Labor Code of the Philippines and DOLE regulations.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees, managers, and external partners.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, handle details accurately, and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with employees and work effectively as part of a team.
Detail-oriented approach to tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records and processing paperwork.
Strong analytical skills to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and address problems effectively.
