Our client is is an online Australian company dedicated to delivering on trend and amazing lifestyle and home décor products. They are looking for an amazing Customer Service Agent who will be the first point of contact for customer sales queries across their website and online marketplaces.
Job Responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for customer sales queries across their website and Marketplaces (Kogan, Ebay, Ozsale, Amazon, Mydeal, Temple & Webster, Catch and Bunnings)
Processing orders daily from our Marketplace channels
Providing tracking and ETA details
Handling online customer inquiries
Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Liaise with other members of the online team to resolve customer issues
General administrative tasks as required
Requirements
At least 1 year of previous Customer Service experience in retail or online Marketplaces
Excellent and clear written English communication skills
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills. The number one skill you need to excel in customer service is problem-solving.
Friendly Attitude with Empathy
Ability to learn multiple systems quickly (training will be provided)
High attention to detail
Intermediate Computer Skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Excellent working PC/Laptop
Reliable DSL/Fiber internet connection (Speed should be at least 10Mbps for download and 5Mbps for upload)
