Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration. Simply put, we help businesses grow by providing them with the staff they need that gets the job done.
Due to expansive growth in our business, we are looking to add new team members who can support our clients in customer service using different social media platforms, data entry in their CRM, and improvement of their processes in customer handling.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be customer-service oriented, proactive, have keen attention to detail, excellent typing skills, tech savvy and have a mindset growth personality. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn and be trained, has the ability to think out of the box and has excellent customer service orientation.
The candidate must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system, and Google Sheets
Enter /Update accurate customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
Direct customers to online resources
Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, product review, SMS, social media, and calls
Meet the target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of:Chat Response Time: 30 Seconds Email Turnaround Time: 24 hours
Contribute to the organization by recommending ways to improve customer experience
Maintain a professional attitude and technical knowledge
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
The main qualities for a successful candidate are:
At least Undergraduate in College, or has Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any 4-year course
Has at least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting. Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months work experience are encourage to apply.
Proficiency in working with collaborative platforms such as Google Suites and CRM
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM
Possesses a positive attitude, trustworthiness, and a consistent desire to learn a new skill
Willing to work ON-SITE. Main office is located in former PSE Building (Tektite Building)
WORK SCHEDULE
- SHIFTING EARLY SCHEDULE: Work schedule starts as early as 6 AM PHT to 10 AM PHT ( Following Sydney, Australia time zone)
