SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
Job Description
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Representative to support a fast-paced sales environment through outbound calling, inbound call handling, booking support, and administrative CRM tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, coachable, and comfortable working in structured workflows while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
 
Key Responsibilities
High-volume outbound calling and lead follow-up
Handle inbound ACD calls, live transfers, and Calendly appointments
Manage shared/team inbox tasks using FIFO discipline
Maintain accurate CRM documentation (notes, tasks, lead tracking, ownership updates)
Support booking process (insurance quotes, booking recaps, booking submissions,Track updates)
Communicate task status and completion via Microsoft Teams
Ensure all incoming work is completed during each shift
Qualifications / Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (required)
Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
Strong math and numerical accuracy
Able to follow step-by-step processes and structured daily guides
Can prioritize tasks in real time with minimal supervision
Calm and professional under pressure
Coachable and receptive to feedback
Skills & Technical Competencies
Comfortable using online booking engines, vendor tools, and reservation platforms
CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred): tasks, opportunities, notes, lead conversion
Efficient at multitasking across systems (CRM, booking tools, Outlook, Teams, phone systems)
Performance Expectations
High accuracy and consistency across administrative and client-facing tasks
Strong availability for inbound calls and Lead Genie leads
Meets appointment-setting quality standards
Follows activity and performance tracking systems (no external tracking)
