Position Description:
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Classification: Associate
Salary Grade: 30000 - 35000 Peso / month
Reports To: Account Manager, Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date(s): January - February 2021
Background:
As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inquiries by answering product and/or service questions by phone. You may also prepare correspondences, help process or resolve customer inquiries, and fulfill customer related needs in order to ensure quality satisfaction.
The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email is of the utmost importance. Your focus to complete your tasks accurately and deliver high quality customer service in a timely manner is a primary function of your job. You will work under the supervision of an Operations Manager or Team Leader. Your overall goal is to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
Main Roles:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Provide a high level of service
Ensure quality satisfaction
Schedule:
Must feel comfortable working US hours (graveyard shift), schedule will be flexible, including weekends. There will be 2 days off per week.
Responsibilities:
Display polite and professional communication via phone and email
Manage inquiries by clarifying customer's requests
Direct customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or instant messaging
Recommend potential solutions to problems
Assists with the general questions and answers
Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder in any field
Prior experience in the medical field as a medical technician, billing, HMO, medical specialist, CSR, clinical, pharmaceutical, required.
A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as a Customer Service Representative
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Medical, Healthcare, Nurse, Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacist
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
