MARKETING MANAGER (URGENT)
 
The Marketing Manager leads Oakridge's brand strategy and marketing initiatives to strengthen its position as a premier lifestyle destination. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, driving brand visibility, managing media relations, and delivering impactful activations that support commercial growth.
 
The Marketing Manager combines strategic thinking, analytics, creativity, and decisive leadership to ensure all marketing efforts reflect Oakridge's premium identity while delivering measurable results.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. Brand Strategy & Stewardship
Safeguard and elevate Oakridge's brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone aligned with brand standards.
Strengthen Oakridge's market positioning through strategic brand initiatives.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and leasing objectives.
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-ground channels.
Ensure campaigns drive awareness, engagement, and traffic.
3. Media Relations & Public Relations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners and industry stakeholders.
Lead PR initiatives, press releases, and media events to enhance brand reputation.
Identify opportunities for earned media and strategic partnerships.
4. Brand Activations & Experiential Marketing
Conceptualize and oversee brand activations, pocket events, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with tenants and partners on co-marketing initiatives.
Evaluate activation effectiveness and overall ROI.
5. Analytics & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Leasing, Tenant Relations, Events, and Operations to align marketing strategies with business priorities.
Ensure seamless coordination of campaigns and events across departments.
7. Budget & Resource Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
Oversee vendor selection and negotiate effectively with partners.
8. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership exposure.
Experience in mixed-use developments, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Technical & Professional Competencies
Strong expertise in brand management and integrated marketing strategy.
Proven experience in media relations and PR management.
Demonstrated background in brand activations and experiential marketing.
Strong analytical capability with experience in marketing performance measurement.
Proficiency in marketing tools, digital platforms, and MS Office applications.
Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven people management and team leadership capability.
