Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing staff is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, enhancing brand presence, and executing marketing initiatives. This role combines sales account management, digital marketing, and content creation to increase customer engagement, foot traffic, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Sales Development
Serve as the primary contact person accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet accounts, and walk-in customers.
Identify new business opportunities within Consolacion and nearby areas.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and account reports.
Monitor account receivables and coordinate with the finance team for collections.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging captions, promotional posts, and customer engagement campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Run promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and foot traffic.
3. Content Creation
Conceptualize and produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing use.
Create promotional materials highlighting fuel promos, loyalty programs, and station services.
Design posters, digital ads, and in-store marketing materials.
Coordinate with station staff for featured content and campaign execution.
Ensure all content aligns with Gasway's branding and messaging standards.
4. Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities and promotional events.
Develop partnerships with local businesses in Consolacion.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors and customer trends.
Recommend strategies to improve brand awareness and customer retention.
Track marketing ROI and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management (experience in fuel/retail industry is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledgeable in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Skilled in basic photo/video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
Creative, results-driven, and customer-focused.
Willing to do fieldwork and occasional weekend activities.
