About the role
We are currently seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Personnel to join our dynamic team at SALON DE ROSE, INC.' Based in the vibrant city of Cebu City Cebu, this full-time position will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging campaigns that effectively promote our products and services to our target audience.
What you'll be doing
Digital Marketing: Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook), create engaging content (photos, reels, stories), run online ads, and handle email/WhatsApp campaigns.
Sales & Promotions: Develop and promote special offers, package deals, and loyalty programs; up-sell retail products and services; drive bookings.
Client Engagement: Greet clients, provide excellent customer service, build rapport, and ensure follow-up for repeat business.
Event Coordination: Assist with salon events, brand activation, and local promotions.
Content & Branding: Capture high-quality photos/videos for marketing, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated on beauty trends.
Admin Support: Manage marketing materials, and potentially assist with basic admin duties.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of strong experience in a sales & marketing or communications role, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry (beauty & salon products).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
Proven history of successfully identifying, pitching, and closing sales with clients is a key qualification.
