PROPERTY NURSE
 
The Property Nurse provides basic healthcare services to the property employees and tenants. They may be responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing each employee's and customer's health risks and promoting employee & customer health. Company nurses work to improve customer retention and lower company healthcare costs.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer first aid and basic emergency care for injuries, illnesses, or health-related incidents occurring within Oakridge Business Park.
Perform initial assessment, triage, and coordinate referrals or transport to hospitals when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness, readiness, and proper functioning of clinic facilities and equipment.
Monitor medical supplies inventory and coordinate timely procurement and replenishment.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of medical records in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.
Monitor the health status of on-site employees and contractors.
Implement and oversee health screening protocols (e.g., temperature checks, symptom assessments).
Keep track of incident trends and raise concerns to the Health/Safety Officer.
Actively participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Assist during fire drills, earthquake simulations, or other emergency drills.
Provide onsite medical support during incidents, evacuations, or OBP emergencies.
Ensure compliance with DOLE Department Order No. 198-18 and other applicable OSHS policies.
Supports in the preparation and submission of required medical and accident reports to DOLE and relevant authorities.
Support the implementation of occupational health programs mandated by law.
Establish partnerships with nearby hospitals, clinics, and emergency responders.
Maintain accurate records of all clinic visits, medical incidents, and interventions.
Submit monthly health reports and incident summaries to Property Management and Safety Team.
Participate in internal and external audits related to health and safety.
Provide documentation and support during inspections by regulatory bodies.
Attend regular training on First Aid, CPR, BLS, and occupational health practices.
Stay updated on relevant health advisories, government policies, and pandemic protocols.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Must be a Registered Nurse, , licensed by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid Certification (e.g., from Red Cross or DOH-accredited providers).
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing or DOLE-accredited OSH training is an advantage.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): First aid, computer literate, presentation skill, interpersonal skills, good communication skills.
Familiar with the health and safety protocols of DOLE and IATF.
Willing to work ON SITE and NIGHT SHIFT.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Strict compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Flexible, willing to render overtime work or accommodate a change of shift when necessitated by the business.
Available to start as soon as possible.
