This is a Technical role wherein you will be expected to do remote troubleshooting and answer queries thru Email, Chat or Call. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. Both Native and Non-Native Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply. Non-Native Applicants must have an advanced-superior proficiency in Mandarin Language. Native Applicants must be fluent in speaking both Mandarin & English language. With a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Technical Support/Helpdesk is required for this position. Must have an extensive experience in Troubleshooting and Active Directory. Flexible to work in any given shift schedule. Amenable to work in Eton Centris, Quezon City if the need arise. 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
