Job Description:
ECE Dumaguete is pooling applicants for the position of Healthcare Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer relations support for our client/patient. As a Healthcare Support Representative, your role is not only to help our client's customers with issues they encounter but to make every customer's experience with support an exceptional one. You will demonstrate a true passion for serving customers while resolving their issues. Healthcare Support Representatives will respond to client/patient calls with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely responses to client calls
Approach issue resolution with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
Demonstrate a true passion for serving customers and resolving issues
Creatively and proactively drive continuous improvements that lead to delighted customers/service
Ensure client files are accurate and updated
Ensure all interactions are held with the highest level of confidentiality
Qualifications:
Must-Have experienced working in the medical field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
With at least 6 months of customer support experience.
Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Must be self-motivated, act independently, and know when to escalate issues
Can read US medical records or has experience working with US med records
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a Medical Allied Course (Nursing, Psychology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Biology, Biochemistry)
Professional License is Required
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support role
Must successfully pass a background check
Must successfully pass a Medical Health screening check
Other Details:
This position is an office-based and a mix of Voice and Non-voice Support
Fixed Schedule and US Holidays Off
