We're looking for Level 2 Customer Service Representatives (Non-Voice)
- Candidate must have at least 5 years BPO experience or 2 years experience as a Level 2 agent/ SME/ QA/ TL
- Candidate must have excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Must be open to a full-time Freelance role
- Candidate must secure an updated NBI clearance before hire
- Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications
- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM: 8GB or higher
