Responsibilities:
Assist customers with travel documents, including electronic authorizations and US visas
Manage accurate data entry across platforms
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
Respond to customer inquiries via ticket, email, phone, chat, and Zoom
Participate in team meetings and support special projects
Contribute to service improvements and customer experience
Ensure compliance and handle sensitive data professionally
Qualifications: 
Clear speaking voice
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Must have an excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
Strong customer service skills
Strong administrative skills - accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role
Energetic, fun and confident personality
Willing to start ASAP
Looking for a long-term position
Willing to work full-time night shift
Willing to work on-site
