1. Secures, completes and compiles supporting documents transmitted to the office for any legal and paralegal actions.2. Assists in the preparation, drafting, filing and following up of petitions, correspondences, pleadings and legal opinions.3. Evaluates properties and updates the Legal head of the status of the transfer of title of properties4. Conducts legal research5. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or the office head.Education:Bachelor's Degree in BS Legal Management, AB Paralegal Studies, Law, Political Science, or other allied courses; or Bachelor's Degree in any field, provided the applicant has earned at least twelve (12) units of legal subjects.Experience:None requiredTraining:At least 4 hours of training relevant to legal work (e.g., legal research, legal writing, contract drafting, basic legal procedures, paralegal training).
Strong ethical standards and professionalism;
